One random number table, of the 1000 three-digit number 000, 001, 002 , ...,998, 999, has been constructed by applying the idea/concept behind the definitions of probability in the theoretically ideal situation and in the practically ideal situation introduced by Chakrabarty in 2004 and in 2011 respectively. The method of construction and the constructed random number table, having 5000 occurrences of the 1000 three-digit numbers, have been presented in this paper.en_US
